My first book “Learn Cook Enjoy” contains 52 Biscotti, Dessert and Cake recipes in both English & Italian. Adelina’s Cookbook also includes large full colour photographs of each recipe.

My second book “Recipes from my Italian Table” is in response to requests for a traditional Italian Savoury Book. I have included 62 Entrée, first and second courses plus my favourite sauces & more. All recipes are in English & Italian. Adelina’s Cookbook also includes full colour photographs of each recipe.

Adelina’s third cookbook, in response to her popular first Dessert book Adelina’s Kitchen, offers all new recipes born from her love of cooking and years of experience.

My fourth book Contains 70 all new recipes with each recipe written in both English & Italian and each recipe has a full page colour photograph. It has 37 all new Biscotti, Dessert & Cake recipes including many traditional Calabrian Christmas and Easter recipes as well as 33 all new savoury recipes.

My fifth book differs from my previous books by including many more step-by-step photographs. To make room for the step-by-step photographs my recipes are in English only and each recipe has a full-page color photograph.  It has 34 all new Biscotti, Dessert & Cake recipes as well as 30 all new savory recipes.
