ADELINA’S KITCHEN DROMANA
I was born in Calabria Italy, trained as a Chef in Australia and have now written 8 very popular cookbooks.
After training as a Chef at Melbourne’s William Angliss, I worked in some of Melbourne’s best-known Italian restaurants and in 2013 started my Italian Cooking School “Adelina’s Kitchen Dromana”. My classes proved very popular and requests for cookbooks followed.
I wrote my first book “Learn Cook Enjoy” in 2014 followed by three more over the next few years.
In 2020 along came COVID-19. NO more cooking classes, lockdowns for months at a time. Well, I did what I loved doing and kept on cooking.
I started writing recipes and photographing the dishes that I had made, often sharing with my elderly neighbors. It was very therapeutic, cooking kept me sane.
Suddenly I found myself with a great selection of new recipes and some wonderful photographs, so I wrote my fifth book “Dolce e Salato – Sweet & Savoury Volume 2”.
As I continue to explore the art of cooking and the joy of sharing, my culinary journey unfolds, promising more delightful recipes to share.

Adelina’s Dolci Collection
Since publishing her last book “Dolce e Salato – Sweet & Savoury Volume 2” in 2021, Adelina has continued to cook, photograph, and write recipes and decided to create three new books with each book having 50 of her all-time favorite recipes for Biscuits, Desserts, and Cakes.
For the three books making up “Adelina’s Dolci Collection”, Adelina has used a combination of her original recipes, updated and improved recipes and new recipes along with many new and improved photographs with all recipes written in English only.
